Hello.
I'm very sorry. I meant to get in touch yesterday to let you all know about when we're open this Easter. And then the sun came out. And the children needed attention. And Jeff and I, in theory, were having the day off. And then before you know it the day was out and I hadn't got in touch. I apologise.
So very quickly, here are our opening times over Easter which are, in fact, our normal opening hours. As we can finally be open again properly we'd have been foolish to change our opening times during the Easter holidays.
Wednesday 31st March
Open at 9am for bread
Thursday 1st April
Open at 9am for bread with Cinnamon Buns & Easter Buns on the counter from 10am
Good Friday
Open at 9am for bread (including our April special, Fennel & Raisin Sourdough) with Cinnamon Buns & Easter Buns on the counter from 10am
Saturday 3rd April
Open at 10am for the full range of bread, buns (including the last day to get Easter Buns) and cookies.
We will then be closed until Wednesday 7th April when will be open again at 9am for bread.
We have a stunning selection of cheese coming in from Neal's Yard Dairy for your Easter weekend (including the Pevensey Blue which went down so well last week, Isle of Mull Cheddar, Caerphilly and a Hay on Wye Goats Cheese) as well as from Cobble Lane Cured meats, eggs, jam, granola, coffee, yoghurts etc etc. Oh and not forgetting our Pump Street Chocolate Easter Eggs.
Jeff is flying solo a lot this week as our children are on their Easter break so please go easy on him! Especially if you're waiting for buns at 10am and and they don't quite come out until 10.04am.
I will be in and out of the shop as much as I can but if I don't see you we hope you all have a lovely Easter weekend.
