BARISTA/FOH SUPERVISOR - Mini Miss Upstairs

​

Our Cafe Head Barista and FOH Supervisor are shortly leaving us to go and travel the world, so we are on the lookout for some new teammates.

 

This is an opportunity to join the Mini Miss team at our cafe based upstairs at Angela Reed in Saffron Walden, and to use your enthusiasm and skills to shape a role around what you do best.

 

Ideally you already have excellent barista skills with a year's worth of coffee experience. And you most definitely need to be brilliant working as part of a team, dealing with members of the public and to be willing to get stuck into all aspects of the cafe service.

 

For the right person there is scope for training as well as future opportunity to work across the business both in the cafe and at the bakery, so get in touch even if you don't tick all the boxes. Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are more important.

 

In return we offer competitive rates of pay, free hot drinks and lunch when on duty and a discount across the Mini Miss business when not at work.

Salary dependent on experience.
