Malted Multiseed Flour: Organic WHEAT flour, organic malted WHEAT flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower SEEDS, LINSEED, SESAME SEEDS, malt powder.

Dark Malt Flour: Organic WHEAT wholemeal, white and spelt flours, malt powder, pumpkin SEEDS, LINSEED and sunflower SEEDS. 

Heritage Grain 100% Wholegrain Flour from Duchess Farms, Sawbridgeworth, UK

Untreated wholegrain flour: a mix of danish bread wheats and UK blend of ancient grains (grains can vary).
