MMB Dough Knife
THE best dough knife in the business. Handmade by Essex based metal fabricator for all things bakery, Campbell McFarlane, we wouldn't use any other dough knife at MMB.
Part of a limited edition range of dough knives featuring the MMB logo. Wrapped and presented in a gift box prior to shipping.
Coated with a specially developed p.t.f.e non stick coating for superior release of wet dough. Fully approved by the FDA which has the strictest standards worldwide.

Robert Welch Bread Knife
Our bread knife of choice at MMB, the Signature 22cm/8.5" bread knife has a scalloped blade with a pointed end ideal for slicing through sourdough. Made from high quality German stainless steel with an ergonomic DuPont™ handle.
This award winning kitchen knife features a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for extra strength. The scalloped blade edge is hand applied at a 15° angle. Our MMB tote bags earn you 5% off all bread when used to pick up bread from the shop. Available in either natural (shown) or black with white text our totes are high quality, socially & environmentally conscious organic cotton tote bags.

Hand Cast Concrete Letter A-Z
Locally made, hand-cast little concrete letters to order (A-Z, hashtag and ampersand). Each letter comes in it's own individually designed matchbox.

Banneton, 25cm oval
For the eager baker, these are the same bannetons we use in MMB for all our sourdough. Use these to prove your bread prior to baking. Supplied with a cotton liner for ease when turning your loaf out.
