HOW TO FREEZE & DEFROST YOUR MINI MISS BREAD

I thought it'd be useful to add some details on how best to freeze and defrost your sourdough so you can enjoy it as close to freshly baked as possible anytime you want to! 

You can freeze your sourdough either whole or cut into slices, wrapped tightly in baking paper and then sealed in a freezer bag.

IF FROZEN WHOLE

Remove from the freezer and let it completely thaw.

When you're ready to eat your bread, warm your oven to 200 degrees.
Wrap in baking paper to help retain the moisture.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking paper for 10 minutes. 

IF FROZEN IN SLICES

Simply take a slice straight from the freezer and pop it into the toaster. 
You might need to pop it down a couple of times.
