This year you can pre-order sourdough to collect from MMB on either Wednesday 23rd December or Thursday 24th December between 9am and 1pm.
WALDEN WHITE, £5
900g approx. 100% organic, white sourdough
HERITAGE GRAIN & MALTED WHEAT FLAKES
1kg approx.
Heritage Grain flour grown and milled locally in Sawbridgeworth mixed with Malted Wheat Flakes from Hodmedods in Suffolk. A beautiful, light granary style life full of flavour.
RUGBRØD, £8
1.1kg approx.
A dense, danish style ryle loaf filled with seeds and cranberries, all pre-soaked in coffee and molasses. Beautiful thinly sliced with cured fish, cheese or toasted with butter.
ROSINBRØD, £7
1kg approx.
A sweet, fruit loaf filled with a festive spiced butter paste containing sultanans, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Perfect for slicing and loading with heaps of Bungay Butter.
