All the bread at MMB is sourdough made over three days using our own 'mother' starter. It is all made and baked at 2a Church Street.
We always offer our signature Walden White sourdough and a wholemeal sourdough. Other loaves are on rotation so we have something different for you to try each week. These include, but are not limited to:

Flours from Shipton Mill, Gloucestershire, UK
Organic untreated white WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin)
Organic wholemeal WHEAT flour
Organic stoneground white WHEAT flour
Organic dark RYE flour
Organic spelt WHEAT flour
Flours from Foster Mill, Swaffham Prior, UK
Malted Multiseed Flour: Organic WHEAT flour, organic malted WHEAT flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower SEEDS, LINSEED, SESAME SEEDS, malt powder.
Dark Malt Flour: Organic WHEAT wholemeal, white and spelt flours, malt powder, pumpkin SEEDS, LINSEED and sunflower SEEDS.
