OUR SOURDOUGH

 

All the bread at MMB is sourdough made over three days using our own 'mother' starter. It is all made and baked at 2a Church Street.

We always offer our signature Walden White sourdough and a wholemeal sourdough. Other loaves are on rotation so we have something different for you to try each week.

​

We are always experimenting and adding new loaves to our specials board so keep an eye on the board in the shop for our latest additions.
